From a Production Chef in U.S.M.C. to a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, Scottsdale, AZ. & The Art Institute for International Culinary Arts,
Atlanta, Ga. Chef Tra' as he is known through out the culinary world has mentored with some great chef's in the industry.
He has over 30 years experience in the culinary industry and still has the passion to continue to serve the best food in his collection Vegan/Vegetarian recipes along with Marinades, Salsas, Sauces, Vinaigrettes & Chutney's to complete a very compelling menu. His experience leads him to believe that eating healthy is the future and he want's to be apart of that so, whether you have it delivered or shipped he is sure you will enjoy your delicious meals from The Garden of Vegan.
